- We are seeking cleaners that have experience in move in/move out cleanings, vacant properties.
WE DO NOT DO MAID SERVICES
This position is a subcontractor position. If you already have clients of your own and would like more volume or looking for full-time work, this will be perfect for you.
- This is not an hourly/salaried position.
- We pay per property that gets cleaned, starting at $90 per house and it goes up from there.
Pay per cleaning is based on the size of the property (square footage). We ask that you guarantee your job, meaning that if the client is not happy with the service provided, you will go back and correct the issue
ASAP BEFORE
payment is made by client and therefore to you as well. Payments are paid on time, every Friday!
Qualifying candidates must have:
- Experience cleaning homes/apts.
- Own equipment and cleaning supplies
- Own transportation
- Smartphone

Esta posición es de subcontratista, si tines tus propias casas que limpias y gustarias mas volumen esta oportunidad es perfecta para usted. Pagamos por casa/departamento que se limpia empezando a $90 y de ahí el pago sube basado en el tamaño (usando el pie cuadrado de la casa) de la propiedad.
NO PAGAMOS POR HORA OH SALARIO.
Le pedimos que garantice su trabajo, si el cliente no está satisfecho con el servicio de limpieza, volverá y corregirá el problema lo antes posible.
