Job Description:

We are an Exterior Cleaning Service, and if it is outside then we can clean it. We wash the exteriors of houses, concrete & paver cleaning, window cleaning, and perform gutter clean out services. Our technicians install Christmas Lights as a service during the holiday season. We are looking for a proactive, respectful, team-player to join our crew of technicians. We offer a 5-star training program to all new employees, no experience required! Our technicians work in all weather conditions (cold, rain, hot, etc.) We do not cancel due to weather conditions unless it is below freezing or a hurricane. Our crews are required to wear a company uniform. Shirts, sweaters, and hats will be provided. Technicians must wear khaki pants/shorts and closed toe shoes/boots (no crocs).

Pay:

During training, for the first 3

• 5 weeks, technicians are paid $18/hr. Once you reach your 3-Star in our training program, you move over to performance-based pay. Our lead technicians average $22
• $26/hr and our assistant technicians average $18
• $22/hr.

Technicians are paid weekly.
