Duties:

• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and facility occupants

Note:

Porter experience, facilities maintenance knowledge, and buffing skills are a plus but not required for this position.
