Cleaner Momma Dee’s Cleaning Charleston, TN 37310 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to pass random drug testing. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention. Skills Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or standing for extended periods. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
