The Cleaner will ensure that all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness in facilities through industrial cleaning methods. Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing surfaces. Assist with custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and safely. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Participate in facilities maintenance tasks as needed. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to meet quality standards. Experience Previous experience in cleaning roles such as porter or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Experience in floor care maintenance, including buffing and polishing, is a plus. Knowledge of residential painting can be beneficial but is not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
