Maintenance/Custodial
Maintenance/Custodial will report directly to the Site Coordinator.
Location:
Kingsport Campus
General Duties:
Maintenance/Custodial shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
Collects and disposes of trash from classrooms, offices, parking lots, and lawn.
Cleans breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, classrooms, and other areas on a routine scle.
Replenishes building supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc. as needed.
Strips, waxes, buffs, and cleans floors as needed to maintain a neat appearance.
Performs security functions such as unlocking, locking, and checking doors and windows.
Assists the Coordinator of Physical Facilities in developing preventative maintenance measures and following published scle related to same and other tasks as needed.
Managing the physical setup of the large auditorium room for scled events.
Assist with ground keeping.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license.
Pay Rate:
$25,863-$32,328
