Duties Perform general cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained. Execute custodial duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct buffing and floor care to maintain the appearance of various flooring types. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Engage in residential painting projects when required, ensuring high-quality finishes. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all occupants. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards and addressing issues as they arise.
