The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of carpets in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise in carpet cleaning techniques will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality service. Duties Perform carpet cleaning services using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning, dry cleaning, and spot treatment. Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about the services performed and addressing any concerns they may have. Assist with custodial duties as needed, including buffing floors and performing general environmental services. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all cleaning processes. Maintain accurate records of services performed and report any issues or additional needs to management. Qualifications Previous experience in carpet cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of various carpet cleaning methods and floor care techniques is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks associated with carpet cleaning duties.
