Job Description:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at Royalty Cleaning Services LLC. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing apartment turnovers in Nashville, TN and ensuring that each unit is cleaned to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed cleaning tasks during apartment turnovers, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing Inspect and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure they are in good working condition Notify management of any repairs or replacements needed for cleaning equipment Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment Complete apartment turnovers in a timely manner while meeting quality standards
Qualifications:
Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed Must have Reliable Transportation Must be able to pass a
