Custodial Worker Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Custodial Worker TCA Consulting Group Inc. Nashville, TN 1st and 2nd Shifts Available Responsibilities Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various facilities. Execute floor care tasks such as buffing, mopping, and waxing to ensure surfaces are clean and presentable. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or repairs. Assist with residential painting and touch-ups as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any issues or hazards promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively. Serve as a porter when necessary, assisting with the movement of supplies or equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Familiarity with residential painting and basic maintenance tasks is desirable. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as required for cleaning duties.
