Full-Time Janitorial Utility Tech/Cleaner for

Office Building Parking Garage Location:

Class A Office Building•

Downtown Nashville, TN Perk:

Free parking & easily accessible by public transit!

Pay:

$20.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday ⏰

Hours:

5:00 AM

• 2:00 PM (1 hour lunch!

)

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Emptying trash cans & cleaning debris in parking garage ✅ Operating street sweeper in parking garage ✅ Pressure washing, as needed ✅ Other cleaning duties, as assigned by manager/supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Operating street sweeper, power tugs or forklifts desired

Strength:

Able to lift up to 35 lbs

Integrity:

Must pass a background check, drug screen & E-Verify

• Must have valid drivers license and clear
