We are looking for a Groundskeeper for our Bexley Silo Bend and The Union Apartments communities located in the Silo Bend area in Nashville, TN. Duties to be split between these two properties – schedule to be determined by the needs of the properties. Do you love to clean and make something look beautiful for others? PAY:
$16-17/hour plus quarterly bonuses! Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated Groundskeeper to join our family. Responsibilities include:
cleaning common areas, clubhouse amenities Daily Grounds Pick up Exterior Maintenance – paint curbs, pressure wash, sweep parking areas Clean Swimming Pool Preventative Maintenance assist maintenance with other tasks as needed At least 2 years of cleaning experience, grounds, residential maintenance a plus!
