The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and AirBnb settings. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and AirBnb properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping and vacuuming to maintain a pristine environment. Changing linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use. Provide custodial services in various settings, ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-maintained. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in residential or AirBnb cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
