• SHIFT One opening on 1st shift (5:00am – 1:30pm ~ hours may vary) One opening on 2nd shift (2:30pm – finish ~ hours will vary, ranging from 10:00pm to 2:00am) PAY The pay for this position is $16.

25 per hour. If position is on 2nd shift, there is an additional $.50 shift differential.

REPORTING

This position will report to the Quality Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for plant sanitation, including maintaining facilities, equipment, and grounds. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure sanitation of all production areas Break down all corrugated and dispose of all refuse during production Maintain daily drain cleaning program Maintain clean restrooms and break-room Responsible for maintaining compacter area and coordinating dumpster pick-up with Waste Management Maintain cleanliness of work area Follow all plant safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Able to work in varied temperature environments (0-50 deg.)- COLD TEMPS Good hand/eye coordination Heavy lifting required , some over 50lbs unassisted Continuous movement, and must be able to stand for long periods of time

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent Food processing/handling experience preferred
