Sanitation Technician L&J Waste Management Nashville, TN 37209 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean windows, walls, and surfaces to ensure a pristine appearance. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving objects. Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
