Window Cleaning Technician – Heavy Lifting – Will Train Platinum Window Cleaning Nashville, TN 37201 Fast-paced, difficult but satisfying, outdoor. Growing company and room for quick advancement. We clean windows on high-end homes and businesses (no skyscrapers). Our customers include famous football, hockey, TV personalities and musicians all over greater Nashville. We are a family-owned company practicing integrity and “five-star” standards and are looking for people who share these same principles. This is for a full-time position (M-F 7:30-4.30) and 10-12 required Saturdays in spring and fall. Never Sundays. You must be at least 19 years of age OR have earned your drivers license at 16 for insurance purposes. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Applicants must also have a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation . To best fit this position you must be able to carry and climb heavy ladders up to three stories high. Must be in good physical shape, have the ability to associate and eventually lead among your team members, good at following instructions, and ability to create relationships of trust and rapport with customers. We use professional tools/abrasives to clean windows, (not a spray bottle and paper towels) therefore dexterity, coordination, rhythm are all essential attributes. We are looking to fast-track people into leadership roles that pay between 17.50-25 per hour. Which translates to $40K-$50K per year. No experience necessary (and in some cases preferred). We work fast, efficient, and keep an effective rhythm in any given workday. We are also worn out at the end of each day.
