The Non Union Lead Janitor plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the Nissan Decherd facility. This position is responsible for overseeing janitorial staff and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. The Lead Janitor will implement cleaning schedules, conduct inspections, and provide training to team members to promote efficiency and effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications:
