un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ ???? Reliable Cleaner Needed for Airbnb Turnovers – North Chattanooga ???? (N. Chatt) Market near Bell compensation: pay based on skill and experience We are hiring 1-2 dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to help turn over our historic 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Airbnb unit (~2,000 sq ft) in North Chattanooga. This is a peaceful, upscale, and unique short-term rental with two outdoor patios.
Job Details:
???? Located in North Chattanooga off N. Market near the Publix. ???? Check-outs vary—could be any day of the week. (We give advance notice when possible, which is 95% of the time.) ???? Cleaning typically starts between 10:00 AM and Noon, has to be finished before check-in at 4:00 PM ???? All-natural, non-toxic cleaning products provided
What You’ll Do:
???? Full home cleaning between guest stays ???? Change and launder sheets, towels (includes sleeper sofa on occasion) ???? Restock items (we provide supplies) ???? Tidy and wipe down patio areas ???? Wipe and maintain hot tub exterior (no water testing required) ???? Communicate with us about the condition of the property and supply levels
Estimated Time Per Cleaning:
???? 2-3 guests (light turnover): 2.5 to 3 hours ???? 4-6 guests (full turnover, laundry, sofa bed): 3.5 to 4.5 hours ????
