Job Skills Required:

Support the Janitorial Supervisor in day-to-day operations. Utilize skills and knowledge from previous janitorial experience. Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Assist in training and guiding cleaning staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Handle and operate cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages. Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Three years of experience in janitorial cleaning in a community work setting Must pass extensive background check Have reasonable driving record and reliable transportation DEPENDABLE, honest, hardworking, and punctual Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment caring for customers and having pride for a job well done.
