Job Description:
As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services in clients’ homes. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will help maintain our reputation for excellence. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens. Comfortable providing deep cleaning, move in/move out, and vacation rental cleaning services Clean and organize living areas, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard. Follow specific client instructions and preferences for cleaning tasks. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the client or management. Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times. Manage your own schedule to meet client needs and ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
One year of residential cleaning experience. Exceptional customer service skills. Professional liability insurance policy (or willingness to acquire). Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to service calls up to a one-hour radius from Chattanooga, TN. Required to provide own cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment up and down stairs. Must pass a background check and provide references. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation:
