The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment. Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials as needed. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
