Finish Point Trim and Millwork is looking for a part time facility technician who wants to join a team that respects your work! Job Responsibilities:

Exterior & Parking lot Make a daily sweep of the exterior to inspect for trash Fab. shop Daily sweep all of fab shop

Daily:

all trash cans over 50% emptied to interior dumpster

Daily:

all table saw scraps emptied to exterior dumpster

Daily:

dump dust collectors over 50% into interior dumpster

Weekly:

empty miter saw vacuums

Weekly:

deep clean around equipment and interior of woodworking tool cabinets As needed: assist cabinet team as quested Finish department

Daily:

all trash cans over 50% emptied to dumpster

Weekly:

sweep of finish department

Weekly:

clean filter wall with compressed air

Monthly:

clean interior of filter wall debris As needed: recycle acetone in minimizer when a batch is ready As needed: assist finish team as quested

Warehouse Weekly:

full sweep of warehouse

Daily:

all trash cans over 50% emptied to dumpster

Daily:

organize all hardware and supplies Other Communicate and ask for direction when job is not clear Operate forklift to support team when on site Fit for work requirements Ability to work on feet for a full work day Ability to lift up to 40 lbs solo Ability to wear dust mask for respiratory protection
