Job Summary:

This position is responsible for daily cleaning andup-keep of the plant personnel break rooms, restrooms, hand-washstations, non-GMP walk areas and other areas of the plantproduction floors as directed.

Essential Functions andResponsibilities:

CompletesMaster Sanitation schedule daily Cleans production floor areas,plant break rooms, restrooms, and hand-washing stations Replenishessoap, paper products, hairnets, beard nets, and ear plugs whenneeded Communicates to departmental supervisors what supplies needto be re-ordered, then re-stocking of supplies after they aredelivered Replacing bags in all non-production area trashreceptacles when full Follows all safety procedures andparticipates in safety training. Maintains safe and efficient useof equipment, tools, and person. Reports any injury or accidentimmediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition. Supportsand complies with GMP’s. Understands and follows emergency actionplan. Supports food safety, quality, and legality. Ensures theoperation is providing food-safe, quality products which meet orexceed all product specifications and regulatory requirements.
