General Cleaner Commercial Building Services Inc Athens, TN 37303 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facilities. If you have experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, or custodial services, we want to hear from you. Duties

• Clean and sanitize designated areas
• Perform floor care duties such as buffing and waxing
• Conduct facilities maintenance tasks
• Assist with residential painting projects if needed
• Maintain cleanliness in both indoor and outdoor spaces
• Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required Requirements
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or related field
• Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces
• Knowledge of custodial duties and best practices
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus
