Carpet Cleaning/ Restoration Technicians We’re growing and looking for dedicated, hard-working team members to join our crew! If you’re someone with a great attitude, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service skills — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Clean carpets, upholstery, tile, and more using professional equipment Provide water/mold/fire restoration services Interact with customers — often during stressful events — with empathy and professionalism Move furniture, set up and monitor equipment Maintain equipment and a clean work van Accurately complete all required documentation with attention to detail

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs regularly Clean driving record & valid TN driver’s license Be on-call one week per month (rotating schedule) Pass a background check & drug test Positive attitude, professional appearance, hardworking, dependable, and strong communication skills Experience in carpet cleaning, construction, drywall, carpentry, or plumbing is a PLUS — but not required.
