Residential cleaning Tech Pristine Clean Solutions LLC Clarksville, TN 37040 Provide cleaning and maid services to residential and some commercial clients.
Responsibilities include:
Learning and following Cleaning systems Providing cleaning services according to the Work Order Following all company policies and procedures on the job Reporting in/out of jobs using designated process Inspecting own work. If leading a team, inspecting the work of others Picking up needed equipment for special cleaning jobs Completing any job-related ‘paperwork’ as required by company processes Maintaining a 4 star and above customer satisfaction rating Confidentiality Keeping safe all private/confidential customer information and property. Requirements Must have reliable transportation. Must pass background screening with no offenses. Must pass drug screening. Compensation Tired pay structure that compensates based on hours worked. The more jobs completed the hire your wage. The lowest tier of compensation is $18/hr and the high end is $21/hr Training pay is $15.00/hr
