We are hiring dependable Custodians/Cleaning Technicians to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment on a school or college campus. This role is essential to the daily operations of the campus, supporting students, faculty, and staff with professional janitorial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, and fixtures
- Refill supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Lock and unlock buildings/rooms as scheduled
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Requirements:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs during shift
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends, depending on the shift
- Must pass background check (as required for working in school environments)
