Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom sanitation
• Adhere to assigned cleaning routes promptly and efficiently
• Document routine cleaning activities for record-keeping purposes
• Execute heavy-duty cleaning assignments and special projects as required
• Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to management promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply rooms with provided materials
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations
• Uphold confidentiality standards and comply with health and safety regulations

Experience:

• Desire to transition from part-time to full-time employment
• Proficient in English language (reading and writing)
• Possess reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License with insurance if driving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the job including lifting up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position. Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
