Custodian/Janitor Expedite Technology Solution 460 9th Ave, Smyrna, TN 37167 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.
Custodial main responsibility:
Cleaning wood, Tile, Concrete, and Carpet Shampooing rugs and carpets Emptying trash Cleaning vents Dusting all surfaces Waxing and stripping floors Cleaning restrooms Washing windows and doors Sweeping sidewalks Maintaining a thorough inventory Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners
