As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring each guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully maintained space. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, arrives on time, and understands the importance of creating a warm environment for our guests. Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and prepare units after guest check-outs, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting all surfaces. Change linens, restock essential supplies, and ensure every room meets our hospitality standards. Inspect properties for any maintenance or inventory issues and report them promptly. Ensure kitchens and bathrooms are sanitized and organized with a guest-ready finish. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking linens and towels. Maintain a friendly and respectful line of communication with property managers. Practice safe and hygienic cleaning procedures, using cleaning products and tools responsibly. Arrive promptly and complete cleaning tasks within the required turnaround window. What We’re Looking For A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, you take initiative and do not cut corners.
