Responsibilities and Duties :

Cleaning equipment Mopping floors / Using buffer Cleaning windows and mirrors Maintaining the locker rooms and showers Vacuuming Assisting our facility supervisors and vendors Painting, drywall repair, light electrical/plumbing Qualifications Proven janitorial and custodial experience in commercial settings Strong skills in cleaning and floor care Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques Experience in facilities maintenance and porter duties Ability to perform maintenance tasks and buffing Knowledge of residential painting is a plus

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$11.00 – $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift 8 hour shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Night shift Weekends as needed
