You’ll be responsible for cleaning floors, walls, and surfaces, disposing of garbage, performing routine maintenance, inspecting premises, using specialist cleaning machinery. In addition to maintenance tasks, you will be responsible for other light duty task such as changing lightbulbs etc. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, Integrity and experience with cleaning equipment and supplies. Responsibilities Maintaining and cleaning floors in various settings. Stripping and waxing Using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure they are clean, polished and well maintained. This role will involve stripping, waxing, buffing different types of floors including hard surfaces and carpeting. Must follow safety procedures, handling chemicals and equipment responsibly, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in floor maintenance (stripping and waxing) Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Excellent stamina and physical health Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
