• Flexible Schedule compensation: TBD
• $20-25/hr or per job Looking for a Reliable & experienced cleaner for long-term commitments in the Tri-Cities, TN Area.

Job includes cleaning:

• -AirBnB-style every 2-4 weeks, focusing on common areas, Kitchen and bathrooms.
• -Rental move outs Additional responsibilities involve occasional tasks like:
• coded lock programming
• light bulb changes
• HVAC filter changes.

Job Requirements:

• Cleaning experience required
• Ability to take before & after photos
• send via google photos
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Valid Driver’s License and clear background check

Pay:

• Price per job or approximately $20
• 25/hr, depending on experience
