General Cleaner Position Available In Warren, Tennessee

General Cleaner Commercial Building Services Inc 594 Vervilla Road, McMinnville, TN 37110 “`Duties“`

• Perform general cleaning duties, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

Skills:

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas
• Experience in commercial cleaning practices
• Ability to clean various facilities, including offices, restrooms, and break rooms
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance tasks such as trash removal and restocking supplies
• Experience as a porter or custodian preferred
• Familiarity with buffing and floor care techniques for different types of flooring materials
