We are currently seeking a maintenance porter to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance. Strong hourly pay plus quarterly bonuses! We are currently seeking a Maintenance Porter to help with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance at the following location: Bexley Mt Juliet – Mount Juliet, GA area

PAY:

$17/hr plus quarterly bonuses. This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm schedule. Birthday is a paid day off! Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds a plus.

Job Duties Include:

Daily Grounds Pick up Exterior Maintenance – paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities Clean Swimming Pool Preventative Maintenance Weinstein Properties offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a 401k.
