• Starting pay at $22 per hour
• Pay up to $25 per hour You pick how many days you want to work. From 1 day per week to 5 days. Weekends, evenings, nights OFF.
• Full time employee can make up to $4000 per month without overtime!
• We will train you to become an amazing cleaner.

This role is part time but may become full time if you choose! You pick your perfect schedule, great for stay at home parents , students etc.

Qualifications:

No prior experience in cleaning required; however, a strong willingness to learn and a can-do attitude are essential. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. You must be able to pass a background check. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to different cleaning environments. The essential functions of the role include: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing to ensure all assigned areas meet our company’s standards of cleanliness. Understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures related to cleaning and maintenance. Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Learn all aspects of the cleaning business, including but not limited to the use of cleaning products, tools, and machines. Inspect work completed with the homeowner, business manager, or point of contact to ensure their satisfaction. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Be open to receiving feedback and continuously improve the quality of service.
