Summary We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at the Village at Autumn Pond in Essex Junction. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of this apartment complex, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Perform deep cleaning for apartment turn overs. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including weeding landscape beds. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Respond promptly to requests for cleaning or maintenance assistance. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is preferred. Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks is a plus.
