Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen. You will play a key role in the daily operations of our food service area, contributing to a positive dining experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including dining spaces and kitchen equipment. Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, and portions Exercise professional kitchen conduct Follow standard recipes and adapt to special orders Demonstrate world-class customer service Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Assist customers with their orders, providing information about menu items and accommodating dietary restrictions. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Follow all sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe food preparation environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, preferred Attention to detail, particularly in following health and safety regulations.
