Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a tidy café environment for customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and health regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change. Culinary skills or experience in food preparation is preferred but not required. Cash handling experience to manage transactions effectively. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Retail math knowledge to assist in inventory management and stock control. Ability to work in a kitchen or café setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
