Summary:

Cleaning, Maintaining, and Organizing. May assist in light prep work and other basic duties Assist in: Kitchen daily tasks such as opening, closing, dishes, regular clean, and deep clean items Inventory management and Prep list management Maintain clean, organized, labeled, and otherwise tidy work stations, cold hold, and dry storage units Receiving and putting away vendor orders Catering and special orders Other duties as assigned

Additional Line Duties:

Open and close station including maintaining equipment, machinery, stock, and cleanliness Sense of urgency•

Additional Prep Duties:

Wholesale production Anticipating needs and wants of staff and customers Prep items on board for catering, special orders, line station, cakes, and pastries
