Responsibilities Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food is handled and stored properly. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
