As a vital part of our operations, you will provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Your role will encompass various responsibilities, including assisting guests, managing cash transactions, and maintaining a safe environment. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests as they enter the venue, providing information and answering questions. Manage cash handling duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floor area, including seating arrangements and common spaces. Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with venue policies. Provide support during events, including public speaking engagements or presentations as needed. Address guest inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial. Experience working with children or in a theater setting is a plus. Strong communication skills, including public speaking abilities. Background in food service or lifeguarding can be advantageous.
