Insiders work behind the scenes to prepare food, take orders, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service, both in-store and over the phone.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
You must be 16 years of age or older. Prepare pizzas and other menu items Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring that all food safety standards are followed. Take customer orders over the phone or in person. Assist with handling payments and answering customer inquiries Clean equipment and facility. Communication Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Essential Functions/Skills Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
