Summary of Job Duties:

The Food Preparation Specialist is responsible for overseeing food preparation, service, and storage and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen work area. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.

Must have the ability to operate a cash register
Must be organized and dependable
Must have a friendly and inviting personality
