We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and sanitation. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative setting and are passionate about providing a positive dining experience. Duties Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food preparation stations and dining areas. Efficiently manage time to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail. Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions and processing payments. Adhere to all food handling safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and service.
