Duties:

Adhering to all store policies and procedures. Making quality beverages Brew tea, cook boba, cut fruits, prep items …etc. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Ability to follow instructions and procedures, and comply with company policies. Ability to adjust to new policies, new recipes, and new ingredients. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. Take the cash register orders Cleaning and stocking the store Make and prep items in a timely manner Baristas must do all of these tasks quickly and efficiently while also making sure to form good customer relationships. Maintain store overall cleanliness at all times Assist in restocking ingredients Assist in inventory control Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils. Clean and sanitize food preparation workstations. Follow all food health and safety requirements.

Closing shift:

Clean/sanitize customer areas, back of house (kitchen), and restroom Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties and skills. Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
