This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Duties As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the kitchen’s daily operations, including: Preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Assisting in meal preparation under the guidance of chefs or cooks. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment. Following food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all food products. Operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other tools. Collaborating with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Adhering to all health regulations and standards in food handling. Experience While previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment is preferred, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the food industry.

Key qualifications include:

Familiarity with kitchen operations and meal preparation techniques. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with others in the kitchen.
