Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Support menu planning by providing input on seasonal ingredients and dish ideas. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques, food handling practices, and culinary terminology is advantageous. Experience in catering or working as a dietary aide is a plus.
