Pizza helper Carpanzano’s Pizzeria 1200 Boston Post Road, Guilford, CT 06437 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations within our restaurant environment, ensuring that both customers and staff have an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a commitment to maintaining food safety standards while assisting in various tasks.

Responsibilities :

Help with food preparation and sanitation of work areas to meet health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly. Support sales efforts by assisting in the presentation of menu items and promotional materials. Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry when needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery. Maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
