Back of House Team Members! Charlie and Jake’s Barbeque 490 East Eau Gallie Boulevard, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937 Job Overview We are seeking for 2 different roles: 1. Dynamic Cooks 2. Dishwashers Characteristics of the ideal candidate are: Fast learning, great instincts, guest first thinker, and eager to grow! These roles are simple and make sure that we operate smoothly and efficiently, providing high-quality food and service, as well as team support. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced food service environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and attention to details. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established plating and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen areas and workstations. Dish and ware washing, efficiently and keeping up with volume in an energetic fashion. Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating goods. Collaborate with expo and front-of-house management and staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in the though process of achieving excellence. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with catering and banquet service is a plus. Experience in culinary techniques, food management, or leadership is also desirable. Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.
